Slavery is a major issue in Communist China, albeit not to the Chinese Government. The slaves in China are members of the lowest status, the Uyguhrs (the preferred spelling in Wikipedia). If the Chinese government manages to expand its empire to the whole world, all other nations will become sources of slaves.
